Caroline Griffin
Caroline has worked as an independent Management Development and Learning Consultant for over 10 years. She has improved organisational performance by strategies including Organisational/Culture Change, Assessment and Development Centres, Leadership and Stress Management. Clients include Unilever, Local Authorities, M.O.D. (Military and Civilian) and Housing Associations. Previously she worked at senior level in H.R. at Blue Circle (now Lafarge), British Aerospace and Unilever.
