Programme: Performance and Wellbeing

Outline
This is a good introductory programme providing some self-assessment tools and strategies for improving performance through enhanced wellbeing. There will be a balance between theory and practice, fun and relaxation, as well as factsheets on nutrition, exercise, stress management, work/life balance, and emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Programme includes:

  • Self-Assessment - your physical, emotional, spiritual, and environmental wellbeing
  • The links between performance, energy and wellbeing.
  • Tips and techniques for maintaining physical, emotional and mental energy.
  • Managing your environmental wellbeing
  • Coaching and action planning
