Programme: Performance and Wellbeing
Outline
This is a good introductory programme providing some self-assessment
tools and strategies for improving performance through enhanced
wellbeing. There will be a balance between theory and practice,
fun and relaxation, as well as factsheets on nutrition, exercise,
stress management, work/life balance, and emotional and spiritual
wellbeing.
Programme includes:
- Self-Assessment - your physical, emotional, spiritual,
and environmental wellbeing
- The links between performance, energy and wellbeing.
- Tips and techniques for maintaining physical, emotional
and mental energy.
- Managing your environmental wellbeing
- Coaching and action planning
